Welcome to Indian Barbeque restaurant. Our aim is to introduce you to a culinary journey through India. From North to South from West to East in this exciting gastronomic country. Spices, ingredients and the strength of the food vary greatly depending on which region of India you visit. Here we want to show you some of the exciting flavors and variations that the country has to offer. We work with good raw materials chosen with care and also manufacture most of our spice mixes by roasting, grinding and mixing them so that they get the character we want and which should characterize the authentic Indian food we serve.
